Andrei Oprescu was assigned by Chinese media company qq.com to create a documentary commercial for the launch of HUGO BOSS campaign SUCCESS IS MADE in China. The project was shot and edited in a few different countries and was a huge success on the Chinese v.qq.com website reaching over 90 million views.
The entire film was shot in Spanish, James Rodriguez's native language, and adapted during post-production for the English and Chinese audiences. The final version includes a 6 minute documentary in both Chinese and English.
Shooting in Madrid was a personal pleasure since there we met and filmed all big stars of Real, including Ronaldo and Zidane.
Similar to the character in the Hugo Boss campaign, James Rodriguez is a role model in real life too. He is modest and inspiring.
